• Hang out with Darleen poster
• List of "Tips for Young Authors"
• Helpful Hints to Get Published
• Copies of My Book Covers
• Photo of Darleen Bailey Beard

Materials you'll need to provide:

• Colored paper to cover the bulletin board
• Scissors
• Stapler
• Clothesline  (this could be yarn or string)
• Clothespins
• A few old  socks - the more colorful and "holier" the better!
• Empty box of laundry soap

Preparation:

       Cover your bulletin board in the color paper of your choice.

 

How-To:

          Staple the clothesline onto your board.

          Clip old socks to the clothesline using clothes pins.

          Staple the materials provided in this packet onto your board.

          Staple the empty box of laundry soap onto the board.
